Cindy Williams, who is best known for her role on the hit ABC comedy Laverne & Shirley, will be taking on the role of Mrs. Tottendale in the smash Broadway musical The Drowsy Chaperone beginning Tuesday December 11. Williams will be replacing JoAnne Worley who will be leaving the show on December 9.

In addition to Williams work in Laverne & Shirley her stage credits include Grease, Moon Over Buffalo, and Deathtrap. She also had film and television credits that include Travel with My Aunt, The Conversation, and Girlfriends. 

The Drowsy Chaperone currently stars Bob Saget, Mari Davi, Danny Burstein, Peter Bartlett and Beth Leavel. The show features a book by Bob Martin and Don McKeller and a score by Lisa Lambert and Greg Morrison.
